On May 9th of 2015, a themed lectureabout Female Career Development sponsored by the MBA Center of BNU Business School was held in Jing Shi Plaza. The speaker, Ms. Liu Yanling is a famous alumni of BNU, who is working for Yiwei management consulting co., LTD. The host of this even was the MBA Education CenterCareer Development Director Ms. Li Jingya.

Ms. Liu has rich life experiences and professional business experiences. She finished her bachelor degree of English in BNU. After graduation, sheworked for several well-known foreign companies such as the Samsung group. She received her MBA degree from the University Illinois in U.S. and was granted a Human Resources Management Certificate of Beiyuan University. She has successfully held positions related to human resources management after returning to China since 2003, such as working forSTAR co.,LTD as a personnel director and Text 100 as the HR manager of the Northern Asia area. She is currently working for Yiwei Management Consulting co., LTD, mainly responsible for the promotion of LIFO courses in Beijing area.

In thebeginning of her speech, Ms. Liushared with students the magic weapon for career women from three perspectives: workplace environment for women, how to win in the world of men and how to reveal female advantages in the workplace. And then Ms. Liu explained in detail how to perform better in workplace for women from six aspects, such asincreasing comprehensive ability, understanding the boss, focusing on working attitude, cultivating team spirit, keeping fit and never stop learning. She suggested that women should always maintain the curiosity for new things and the attitude to learning more.
