The heady fragrance of laurel blossoms was wafted through the fresh air in the autumn. On the afternoon of September 5th, the tea forum of retired faculty of Human Resource Management was held successfully in 9406 JINGSHI HOTEL. Party Secretary Sun Zhijun, Associate Party Secretary Jiang Jie, Associate Dean Zhang Pingan, all teachers and a number of student representatives of the Department of Human Resources Management attended the event and warmly bid farewell to the honorable retirement of Li Baoyuan, Zhang Yue and Chen Yan.

First, Party Secretary Sun Zhijun delivered a farewell speech. In his speech, Sun Zhijun recalled the days when he worked with the three teachers, and spoke highly of the noble character, valuable dedication and impressive work achievements of the three comrades. At the same time, on behalf of the School, Sun Zhijun also paid tribute to the three old teachers who have worked diligently in the front line of education for decades, and thanked them for their positive contributions to the development of the School.

At the meeting, the three teachers delivered their retirement speeches respectively. For decades, they have always been dedicated and down-to-earth, dedicating their best youth to the cause of education in the motherland, and contributing their own strength to the development of the School. Mr. Zhang Yue told about his teaching career in Beijing Normal University, recalled every bit of his work in the School, and expressed his gratitude to the School. Mr. Li Baoyuan shared his interesting lesson preparation when he was the main teacher of Advertising Science, and shared his past experience in teaching with vivid humor. Ms. Chen Yan also recalled her first arrival in BNU and encouraged the new generation of young teachers in the School with her teacher's message to her. The atmosphere of the venue was warm and harmonious and the room was filled with happy laughters and cheerful voices.

After the three old teachers shared their feelings with each other, the student representatives of Human Resources Department presented flowers and gifts to the three teachers, wishing them good health and a happy life after retirement. A bunch of flowers expressed their gratitude to the three teachers for many years. They practiced the motto of “Learn, so as to instruct others; Act, to serve as example to all" with their youthful blood. They won high recognition from the students with their ingenuity and sincerity. It is hoped that they will not fade after retirement, continue to pay attention to and support the work of the department, and actively offer suggestions for the development of BNU and the School. After the ceremony, three retired teachers took a group photo.

In the final communication, the teachers discussed the past glory of the School and the future prospects of the School, and left heartfelt wishes for the three teachers.

With the blessing and perseverance, the tea party of the retired teachers of the Department of Human Resource Management was successfully concluded in a warm atmosphere. We sincerely wished the three teachers will continue to contribute to the development of the department. We also wished the three teachers good health.
