On the morning of March 26, the appointment ceremony and Forum for MBA Tutors of BNUBS was held in Yingdong Academic Hall. A total of 66 tutors were hired. Qi Yudong, Dean of BNUBS, and Cui Xuegang, Associate Dean of BNUBS, attended the appointment ceremony. Liu Fengyu, External Tutor representatives; Li Zhangyan, Representative of external tutor referee; Zhang Haiyan, Representative of external tutor referee; Zhou Jianghua, Director of MBA Education Center; Li Jing, Associate Director of MBA Education Center; Wang Lulu, Associate Director of MBA Education Center; all the teachers of MBA Education Center, representatives of MBA alumni and representatives of students of 2021 and 2022 attended the ceremony. The appointment ceremony was presided over by Cui Xuegang, Associate Dean of BNUBS.

First of all, Mr. Qi Yudong, Dean of BNUBS, gave a speech. He expressed his warm welcome and sincere thanks to the tutors. He emphasized that MBA education plays an important role in the graduate training system of the School, and practicality is an important part of MBA education and teaching. In the future, BNUBS will work with tutors outside the School to enhance students' practical ability, cultivate high-level professionals who have a global and strategic vision, master modern management theories, methods and skills, gain insight into the development law of the Chinese market and engage in business administration.

On the spot, Cui Xuegang, Associate Dean of BNUBS, read out the appointment list, and Qi Yudong, Dean of BNUBS, issued the appointment letter for the outside tutors.

Mr. Liu Fengyu, tutor from Microsoft (China) Co., Ltd. spoke as the representative of the first period of external tutor appointment. He shared his experience based on his personal experience, including: how to give full play to the advantages of professional practical experience according to the personal career development direction of MBA students and the requirements of BNUBS; how to establish trust and effective communication with MBA students, respect students' wishes and ideas, and give full play to students' subjective initiative in the guidance process; how to advocate to share the latest industry trends and changes with students and provide practical insights to MBA students; how to guide students to see the trees to see the forest, think about their own work, and train students to see the problem from multiple angles.

Liu Changcui, supervisor from Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, spoke as the representative of the newly appointed off-campus tutors. He said that off-campus tutors should guide students to study every course carefully, do a good job of paper selection in advance, and master the method of paper analysis. They should also encourage students to improve their professional work ability, coordination ability, writing ability and language expression ability during the working period, improve students' ability to analyze and solve problems, promote the construction of school-enterprise cooperation platform in strict accordance with the MBA training program and work to make our university and ourselves proud.

Li Sihan, the president of the 14th MBA Association of Beijing Normal University, delivered a speech as the student representative. She said that the double tutorial system is an important link in the MBA teaching and training of Beijing Normal University. The off-campus tutor guidance system can improve students' practical operation ability, solve their shortcomings in combining theory with practice, and increase their practical cognitive ability. Besides, a deep understanding of enterprise operation and industry development laws and other aspects have brought a lot of support and help.

After the appointment ceremony, the first MBA Tutor Forum of BNUBS was held in the Second Lecture Hall of Yingdong Academic Hall, presided over by Zhou Jianghua, Director of MBA Education Center.

Associate Dean Cui Xuegang once again expressed his gratitude to the tutors outside the university. He said that the current traditional management mode and talent market have undergone fundamental changes. Facing the changes, we should take the initiative to explore and practice, and summarize the development mode of digitalization and platform. In the future, more educational resources will be integrated to enable every talent with educational feelings to integrate into the MBA platform of Beijing Normal University, so as to bump into more opportunities and jointly promote educational innovation and quality improvement.

In the forum, tutors shared their personal experiences, teaching guidance plans and suggestions for the development of MBA education at Beijing Normal University. They proposed to take the responsibility of tutors, carry out students' two-way empowerment, share resources and experience, take students into the enterprises, carry put in-depth research and expand their horizons. By creating a high-level platform for the integration of industry and education, joint research and development management projects, promoting human resources cooperation, organizing public welfare activities and so on, we can strengthen the span of students' industries and realize horizontal learning comparison and vertical in-depth research.

Finally, Associate Dean Cui Xuegang expressed his appreciation for the valuable opinions of the off-campus tutors, introduced the selection mechanism, duties and performance requirements of the off-campus tutors, stressed that the off-campus tutors should strictly abide by the school rules and discipline and ethics of the teachers, and conduct academic guidance according to the tutor's code. Meanwhile, he encouraged the off-campus tutors to have a deep understanding of the culture of Beijing Normal University, the MBA culture of Beijing Normal University, understand the laws of education, and explore the characteristics of students and jointly shoulder the task of building education ecology.

In the afternoon, the second MBA Tutor Forum of BNUBS was held in the Academic Lecture Hall 9406, Beijing Normal University. It was presided over by Li Jing, Associate Director of MBA Education Center. With the theme of Selection and Development of high Potential Talents, Tian Xiaoxun, a 94 alumnae of Beijing Normal University, shared the characteristics of high potential talents from six dimensions, such as insight, learning ability, achievement orientation, leadership willingness, continuity and influence. Tutor Yuan Caiqun showed the development practice of the new agricultural business entity in combination with the field research and consulting projects in Zhuozi County, Inner Mongolia, Chahar Right Wing Rear Banner and Horqin Left Wing Rear Banner. In combination with the development and transformation of his own enterprise, Tutor Pan Zhaoyu gave six suggestions on how enterprises can save themselves under the financial and economic crisis, the COVID-19 crisis and the Russia-Ukraine crisis, such as revitalizing the country by industry, saving money and saving money, and selecting talents extensively.
