[Good News] Top 100 National Competitors Was Demonstrated, Students of MBA from Beijing Normal University Returns As Victor

The National Finals of the 2nd China Graduate Enterprise Management Innovation Competition was held in Chengdu from November 30th to December 1st. Our 2024 MBA students Zheng Jinyao, Chen Xiaowei, and Zhu Huisi formed the "Good Good Good" representative team and won the first prize in the national MBA group of the enterprise decision-making track; The School won the Excellent Organization Award in this competition. This competition is led by Professor Zhou Jianghua, Director of the MBA Education Center at Beijing Normal University, with Associate Professor Li Yuxiao serving as the instructor.

The National Finals of the 2nd China Graduate Enterprise Management Innovation Competition were held in Chengdu. The competition is guided by the Degree Management and Graduate Education Department of the Ministry of Education, academically guided by the National Business Administration Professional Degree Graduate Education Guidance Committee, hosted by the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Association and the Youth Science and Technology Center of the China Association for Science and Technology, and organized by the Secretariat of the National Business Administration Professional Degree Graduate Education Guidance Committee, the Business Administration Professional Degree Working Committee of the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Association, and the Decision Simulation Professional Committee of the China Management Modernization Research Association. This competition is divided into the enterprise decision-making track and the business analysis and intelligent application track, attracting a total of 14433 graduate students from 298 universities to participate, and 210 teams from 139 universities to participate in the national finals.

On the day of the finals, three team members completed seven rounds of management practice innovation ability competition in a simulated enterprise competitive environment through computer technology. During the decision-making process, Captain Zheng Jinyao took on the role of CEO, overseeing the company's operations and controlling the overall strategy; COO Chen Xiaowei was responsible for production scheduling strategy; CMO Zhu Huisi was responsible for market data analysis and data inspection. They worked steadily, remained calm, and made decisive decisions, successfully creating a stable company environment and maintaining a leading edge in the final competition for a long time, ultimately winning the first prize.

In this competition, the MBA team from Beijing Normal University comprehensively applied various management knowledge such as production management, marketing, financial accounting, and strategic management to flexibly respond to challenges in simulated environments. The excellent results achieved by each representative team in the competition fully demonstrate the outstanding practical ability and innovative spirit of Beijing Normal University students. The achievements made this time fully reflect the strength, achievements, and influence of BNUBS in cultivating students' practical abilities and innovative spirit.
