On November 10, 2022, the 10th Tencent Business School Development Forum was held in Beijing. China's well-known experts and scholars in the business education and representatives of colleges and universities participated in the forum and expressed their views through a combination of online and offline ways to help the future development of business education. About 10 million people watched and participated in the Business School Development Forum. BNUBS was invited to attend and won the award of "2022 MBA Program with Outstanding Comprehensive Strength". This award pays tribute to the outstanding institutions that follow the pace of development of The Times, blaze new trails in a pioneering spirit based on their own reality and create high-quality and high-end education brands by relying on the characteristics of international and practical education.

Cui Xuegang, Associate Dean of BNUBS, was selected as "Outstanding Scholar of Chinese Business Education" and was invited to give a keynote speech. With the title MBA Education in the Age of Mathematical Intelligence: Challenges, Opportunities and Innovative Development, Dean Cui first introduced the MBA education quality assurance system of BNUBS, which aims to cultivate talents with morality, closely combines educational elements with all aspects of MBA talent training, and takes the career development of MBA talents as the evaluation standard. Secondly, in the face of the challenges from the market scale of management profession, the cultivation of management knowledge and ability, the production and dissemination of knowledge, and the MBA education mode itself, he shared the ideas and reform practices of BNUBS from the perspective of profession, the essence of education, the diversification of knowledge production and dissemination, and the challenges of MBA education organization mode. Finally, it is proposed that the innovation and development of MBA education in the age of digital intelligence can be further explored through the building of project strategy and characteristics, the digitization of MBA education and the platform transformation of MBA education organization.

Wang Lulu, Associate Director of MBA Education Center of BNUBS, was invited to attend the roundtable discussion. Based on the overall construction idea of MBA education of Beijing Normal University, which integrates the four functions of business leader training, discipline innovation experiment, practice connection innovation and educational resource aggregation, she discussed how business schools should deeply explore industrial and academic resources, realize the real integration of industrial chain, education chain and talent chain and build the curriculum system in line with the digital economy, training digital talents and so on.

The theme of this forum is "Innovation and opening up", which follows the pace of development of The Times, blazes new trails in a pioneering spirit and seeks high-quality social and economic development in a new era. The winning of the award of "2022 MBA Program with Outstanding Comprehensive Strength" shows the recognition and support from the sponsor and the community for BNUBS.
