On the afternoon of May 16, 2023, BNUBS held the 2023 Graduate Employment Recommendation Conference at 1722 in the rear main building. More than 20 people, including Party Secretary Sun Zhijun, Associate Dean Zhang Pingan, Associate Secretary Han Lili, class teachers from Beijing campus and Zhuhai campus, and counselors Chang Xinyang, Wang Jun, Li Ren, Wang Lulu and Chen Weiying, participated in the meeting through a combination of online and offline. This promotion conference aims to implement the employment arrangements of the state, Beijing and the university, and arrange targeted assistance according to the situation of students in our School. The meeting was chaired by Han Lili, Associate Secretary of the Party Committee.

At the meeting, Han Lili conveyed the spirit of The State Council and Beijing employment teleconference, led the teachers to deeply understand the employment situation of college graduates, learn the relevant requirements of superior units and the advanced experience of brother units, and enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency of employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates. Then, she introduced the employment rate of BNU and our School of graduates of 2023, and detailed the employment action plan from the mapping of the situation, sorting out difficulties, classification guidance, job recommendation, key help and other aspects.

The head teacher of the 2023 graduation class of the School made a speech in turn to introduce the implementation of the employment arrangement of the class in detail, identify the students that need key help, and discuss solutions together to promote the employment work to specific details.

Sun Zhijun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, pointed out that the implementation of graduate employment is the key work of the School at this stage, which requires full cooperation and responsibility of the whole School. It is hoped that teachers can improve their ideological position, seize the key links, accurately identify and help students to establish a correct view of career and employment, actively adapt to the challenges brought by new forms of business and new situations, and solidly carry on the employment work of 2023 graduates of the School.

This graduate employment promotion conference has realized a comprehensive survey of the situation of students who have not implemented the employment destination, which not only allows the School to have a better understanding of the employment destination of graduates, but also helps the School to carry out the next employment assistance work and accelerate the employment process.
