On the afternoon of May 31, 2023, Kong Wenting, Secretary of the Party branch and manager of the business department of Business Department on Beijing Yuquan Road of China Securities, and members of the party branch visited our School to discuss and negotiate on strengthening the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises and joint talent training. Sun Zhijun, Party Secretary of the School; Han Lili, Associate Party Secretary of the School; Li Lun, Counselor, Li Ani of the alumni office, and representatives of the student Party Branch attended the symposium.

At the meeting, Sun Zhijun, Secretary of the Party Committee, gave a detailed introduction to the subject construction, teaching staff, curriculum system, personnel training and students of the School. General Manager Kong Wenting introduced the general situation of the company, the business department and the Party Branch, and shared it from the aspects of job demand and talent development. Subsequently, Han Lili, Associate Secretary of the Party Committee, combined with students' concerns, carried out further exchanges and discussions from the perspective of application-oriented talent training, improvement of students' comprehensive quality, and financial fraud prevention.

Sun Zhijun, on behalf of the School, awarded the "Internship base" plaque to the Beijing Yuquan Road Business Department of China Securities, and the signing ceremony was successfully completed.

In the second half, General Manager Kong Wenting exchanged and explained with the students, and carried out a sharing with rich content. In the form of the theme party class of "Serving College Youth, Helping High-quality Employment", he shared with the students the employment form in 2023 from the perspective of employers, the introduction of CITIC Construction and Investment Securities Company, the training plan for new employees, and the basic information of the Business Department.

The students asked many questions in the interactive session, and General Manager Kong Wenting made detailed answers on the internship and employment content and training ideas of common concern.

The establishment of the internship cooperation relationship and the forum have made a full and in-depth exchange, and reached a preliminary agreement on jointly training talents to adapt to the development of contemporary society and carrying out multi-form and multi-level school-enterprise cooperation. We look forward to more achievements in further cooperation in the future.
