On June 9, Dmitry Tolmachev, Dean of Graduate School of Economics and Management, Ural Federal University (GSEM), visited our School. CAI Hongbo, Associate Dean of BNUBS, held a forum to engage in conversation with him, and Xie Jia, Director of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, attended the meeting.

First of all, Cai Hongbo welcomed Dean Tolmachev's visit and introduced to him the development of BNUBS in recent years in terms of discipline construction, scientific research activities and international exchanges. Dean Tolmachev then introduced the basic situation of GSEM. The two sides discussed long-term and short-term visits of teachers, exchange students, summer camps, winter camps, international conferences, double degrees and other projects, and reached a preliminary cooperation intention.

Ural Federal University (Ural Federal University) is one of the nine federal universities in Russia, a comprehensive higher education school with hundreds of training majors, and is also the main initiator of the BRICS Network University. The school is located in Yekaterinburg, Russia's third largest economy and fourth largest population city. Because former Russian President Boris Yeltsin graduated from the school, the school is also known as Yeltsin University. It is currently ranked in the top ten famous universities in Russia. The school has a total of 35,000 students, including more than 2,000 international students. Our School and the School of Economics and Management of the University have a good and in-depth cooperation in the BRICS Network University Economics Group.
