In order to further improve the standardization, institutionalization and scientific management level of the construction of the counselor team, according to the work arrangement of the School, on the afternoon of December 6, 2023, BNUBS held this year's counselor evaluation meeting in 9406 JINGSHI HOTEL. People attending the meeting included Sun Zhijun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School; Guo Zhifang, Director of the Career Development and Employment Guidance Center of the Student Work Department of the Party Committee; Cui Xuegang, Associate Dean of the School; Han Lili, Associate Secretary of the Party Committee of the School; and all class teachers of the School. The meeting was chaired by Han Lili, Associate Secretary of the Party Committee.

Director Guo Zhifang expressed her gratitude to colleagues of BNUBS for their work support, and said that the rich class activities and excellent results reflected the School's education effectiveness and work performance, and looked forward to creating brilliant achievements in the New Year.

Associate Secretary Han Lili made a summary of the class teacher's work in this year. She stressed that this year's class teachers earnestly performed their duties and solidly completed various student education management work. She mentioned our excellent student work performance: One class won the Beijing Advanced Class Collective, 10 classes won the university level or above honors, nearly 200 students won the Beijing Merit Student, Beijing Normal University Top Ten students (nominated), Self-improvement Star (nominated), Baosteel outstanding students, Top Ten volunteers, Top Ten Sunshine Sports Star, excellent student leader, social work award and other university level or above honors. 152 students performed well in all levels, all kinds of discipline competitions and won provincial and ministerial level awards. At the same time, we adhered to the concept of "student-oriented and prevention-oriented" and dealt with various emergencies in an orderly manner, and the overall work was stable and harmonious.

Subsequently, the head teachers of the undergraduate class of 2020, the master class of 2021, the doctoral class and the graduating class of MBA of 2022 made on-site presentations. From the perspectives of morality, ability, diligence, performance and integrity, the teachers reported on their participation in relevant training, strengthening ideological guidance and safety and stability, as well as activities carried out by the class and various achievement awards, showing their work effectiveness in an all-round way, and sharing their characteristic class leadership experience. After personal evaluation, student review and college review, Tang Honghong, Yu Jiajie, Xu Licheng, Gao Jingjing, Zhang Huilin, Li Rong, Shi Huiyi, Zhang Haiyan and Meng Jia were awarded the 2022-2023 Outstanding counselors.

Finally, Secretary Sun Zhijun made a concluding speech. He first expressed his affirmation of the class teacher's hard work and work achievements; He put forward suggestions for the future work of counselors, hoping that teachers can innovate working methods, form the "key words" and "skills" of the School's student work, refine characteristic experience, and form a good atmosphere for mutual promotion and common progress. Finally, he said that the School would continue to provide support for the work of class teachers, so that the complete and strong education team will achieve new achievements.

This review and evaluation promoted the mutual exchange of homeroom teachers and show the effectiveness of the School's education. In the future, BNUBS will further improve the operation mechanism of student work, guide the whole process of student education management and service with the Xi Jinping Thought onSocialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era, create characteristic brands, and further improve the all-round, multi-level and three-dimensional education system.
