Build dreams and youth aspirations, planto set sail for the future. On the afternoon of December 8, the first National College Student Career Planning Competition of the Ministry of Education, jointly organized by the Career Development and Employment Guidance Center of the Student Work Department of the Party Committee of Beijing Normal University, the Law School of Beijing Normal University, and the Work Group of Beijing Normal University, was successfully held in the Yingdong Academic Hall of Haidian campus.

Lv Xiaohui, Associate Minister of the Student Work Department of the Party Committee of Beijing Normal University, and Guo Zhifang, Director of the Career Development and Employment Guidance Center of the Party Committee of Beijing Normal University attended the event. Leaders, experts and alumni from well-known enterprises and institutions served as judges of the competition. More than 100 people, including associate secretaries of the Party committees of various departments, employment counselors and student representatives, watched the competition on site.

As the only undergraduate student in the employment competition, Zhang Buxin entered the final of the School competition. She described her own practice and career planning from the aspects of self-cognition, career exploration, career positioning and career planning, and the final scene showed that the economic and management students of Normal University use youth "ego" to write "big me" in the new era of youth responsibility. Her calm response in the interaction with the judges also showed her deep understanding of career development and career planning, which set a good example for the audience of students present.

After intense competition and wonderful display, Zhang Buxin won the second prize of the employment track. Ms. Han Lili was awarded the Outstanding Advisor, and BNUBS was awarded the Best Organization Award.

The competition is just a moment in the journey of life, but the stage in front of us is still wide, waiting for us to write a more wonderful chapter with our dreams and efforts.Let every experience become our driving force, and every challenge as an opportunity for growth.
