BNUBS continues to care for the education and development of doctoral students in Changping campus, attaches great importance to their study, daily life and scientific research, and has organized a series of activities to help them do a good job in planning and arrangement and balancing study and various aspects.

At the beginning of the new semester, Zhang Pingdan, Associate Dean of BNUBS, and Wang Xue, head teacher of the Class of 2022, went to Changping Campus to visit the new class of 2022. On behalf of the School, Dean Zhang Pingdan extended a warm welcome to the new doctoral students of Class 2022 who successfully enrolled in the big family of Beijing Normal University. He briefly introduced BNUBS and carried out the admission education for new doctoral students, which aims to help them adapt to the new stage of study and life more quickly.

In addition, Professor Liu Weigang from Beijing University of Technology was invited to share his thoughts on how to engage in scholarship with the students. With his personal experience, Teacher Liu encouraged students to do more solid research, gave them advice on make plans for their doctoral career in the next few years, and also improved their academic quality and taste.

Han Lili, Associate secretary of the Party Committee of BNUBS, and instructors also visited the dormitories of doctoral students in Changping Campus. The teachers gave patient and constructive suggestions on life, study, health and social issues of concern to everyone, and conducted inspection and guidance on the construction of dormitory culture. In the communication with students, Teacher Han pointed out that cultivating good living habits and creating a comfortable dormitory atmosphere is an indispensable part of daily life. They also hoped that students could contact counselors and homeroom teachers at any time if any problems should occur. BNUBS would waste no time in assisting students to solve practical problems.

Recently, the severe epidemic situation has also increased some difficulties for students' life and study. The student Party Branch of our School sent milk, self heating hot pots and other daily food to students, and the Graduate Student Union of our School organized book donation activity. Everyone felt the warm and harmonious atmosphere of BNUBS, as well as the care and hope form teachers for the students in Changping School District.

The School helped the new doctoral students of Changping Campus to better adapt to the new life and new environment by holding the freshman entrance education activities in Changping Campus, cultivated their academic enthusiasm and academic accomplishment by holding high quality academic lectures in Changping campus, timely responded to the needs of students through the visits and condolences of school leaders, counselors and teachers, strengthen the contact with Changping campus and let everyone really feel the atmosphere of the big family of economic management through the warm activities organized by Party Branch and the graduate student Union. The series of activities showed the ardent expectations and warm wishes to students. We wish all students a healthy life and great academic success!
