The speakers on the morning of the 19th include Prof. Kuang Xi, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA; Prof. Agnieszka Tymula, University of Sydney, Australia; Prof. Yuzhen Liu, Peking University; Prof. Yu Pan, Shanghai International Studies University; and Prof. Chao Liu, Beijing Normal University. The keynote speeches were hosted by Tang Honghong from Beijing Normal University and Chen Yasheng from Xiamen University. The topic of professor Kuang Xi’s speech was Behavioral Accounting Research in the New Era. He built a theoretical framework of behavioral accounting research, based on which he introduced the latest achievements of behavioral accounting research in the fields of social media, social responsibility, remote work and mobile communication, and predicted the future direction of behavioral accounting research. Professor Agnieszka Tymula from the University of Sydney in Australia made a report titled Gender Differences in Risk Attitudes from the perspective of Neuroeconomics. She introduced the phenomenon that women are more risk averse than men. Through systematic research, she found that the difference in risk attitudes between men and women is due to the actual inequality of women in society. Differences in risk attitudes between men and women could be reduced by increasing equality between men and women in societies or by providing better information. From the perspective theory and psychological accounting, Professor Liu Yuzhen from Peking University introduced the types of behavioral bias and the ways to correct them, as well as the importance of understanding investor decision-making. At the same time, he pointed out the significance of commercialization of behavioral science and the importance of investor education through behavioral finance and neurofinance to achieve common prosperity. The topic of Professor Pan Yu's speech was Exploration and Research on brain-computer collaborative information behavior. He introduced information behavior, the application of neuroscience in information behavior in the context of management science and the research development of brain-computer collaborative information behavior, and expected to use multiple research methods to explain the regular mechanism and scientific paradigm of information behavior in the environment of multiple intelligences in the future. The topic of Professor Liu Chao's speech from Beijing Normal University is Social Navigation: How Spatial Codes Support Navigating in the Abstract Social Space , the latest research results demonstrate that virtual (interpersonal) space navigates in the same neural mechanism as physical space and conceptual space.

On the morning of November 20, keynote speeches and academic journal editors forum were held. Keynote speakers include Professor Su Song from Beijing Normal University, Professor Cui Xuegang from Beijing Normal University and Professor Sheng Feng from Zhejiang University. The keynote speech was hosted by Professor Dai Weihui from Fudan University. The topic of Professor Su Song's speech was "Research on Management Behavior from the Biological Perspective". He introduced management behavior and its research from the biological perspective of neurology, physiology and genetics. He focused on the influence mechanism of genetic genes on management behavior characteristics and the research paradigm of behavioral genetics, and shared his latest research results. In his keynote speech entitled "CEO Attractiveness, Audit Risk and Audit Judgement", Professor Cui Xuegang pointed out that non-audit factors such as appearance level become important factors for audit decisions. However, contrary to appearance level worship, appearance level has no significant influence on audit decisions in the low-risk state. In the high risk state, appearance level has a significant cyclotron effect on audit decision. Upon further examination, this phenomenon was found only in the sample of male auditors, providing behavioral clues to explore the conditions and mechanisms by which appearance levels act on the brain's system1 and system2. The content of Professor Sheng Feng's speech is "Decomposing Endowment Effect", which focuses on people's irrational behaviors and shows the relationship between the changes of eye movement and pupil contraction and the decision making of the participants through the physiological reactions of the participants in the lottery experiment, and verifies the endowment effect which is decomposed into valuation bias and response bias. The brilliant academic sharing of the speakers was highly recognized by the participants.

The Academic Journal Editors Forum is supported by famous academic journals at home and abroad. Xie Qian, Deputy editorial director of Economic Research; Han Bin, editorial editor of Management World; Li Rengui, Deputy editorial director of Economic Trends; Liu Guoqiang, editorial director of Accounting Research; Wang Yanmei, editorial director of China Industrial Economics; Liu Jianli, editorial director of Economic Management; and Xu Lei, chief editor of the international academic journal Economics Politics, gave a speech respectively, introducing the characteristics of their journals, the latest direction of running the journal, the key areas of attention and the standards and procedures of reviewing manuscripts, and expressing their continuous attention and strong support to the fields of neuroaccounting and neuromanagement.
