In order to further study and implement the theme education of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and understand the experience and practices of private enterprises in party building and their role in building a high-level socialist market economy in practice, on the afternoon of June 7, 2023, representatives of teachers and students from BNUBS went to KE Holdings Inc. for research and investigation. More than 30 teachers and students, including Party Secretary Sun Zhijun, Dean Qi Yudong, Associate Secretary Jiang Jie and Associate Secretary Han Lili, participated in this activity.

First of all, Lin Tao, Party Secretary, Senior Vice President and alumnus of BNUBS, led the teachers and students to visit the office area of the company and briefly introduced the development history, business model, technology application and corporate culture of the company. As one of the country's leading residential service providers, KE is committed to promoting the digitization and intelligent process of the residential service industry, and has provided 300 million Chinese families with a full range of home services, including second-hand housing, new housing, rental, home improvement, home furnishing and so on.

Afterwards, the two sides came to the conference room for exchange and discussion.

Sun Zhijun thanked the company for providing valuable research and visiting opportunities, and said that this activity was of great significance to promote the integration of industry, university and research, enhance school-enterprise cooperation, and improve the quality of talent training.

Then, the participants had in-depth exchanges on the status quo of the real estate industry, enterprise research and development, enterprise digital transformation, enterprise recruitment and employee career development, school-enterprise deepening cooperation and industry-university-research integration.
