In order to further study and implement the Xi Jinping Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era and enhance the entrepreneurial ability of the majority of young cadres and officers, the second Youth Management Cadres Forum essay solicitation activity sponsored by the Labor Union and the Party Committee of Beijing Normal University, and co-organized by the Teachers' Work Department of the Party Committee and the Office of the Zhuhai Park Leading Group recently came to an end. With the theme of "first-class University Management in First-class University Construction", the forum focused on leading first-class university party construction, personnel training, scientific research, management and education, and attracted many outstanding young management cadres from all units of the university to participate. After expert review, a total of 2 papers in our School stood out and won the first prize and second prize respectively.
