In order to encourage the young teachers of the School to strive for the "four" good teachers in the new era, pursue excellence and all-round development, on the afternoon of May 8, 2024, the School organized the Young Teachers Development Exchange Meeting and Launched theTraining Meeting of the 19th YoungTeachers Competition in the 1722 conference room of the Rear Back Building. Dean Qi Yudong, Party Secretary Sun Zhijun and more than ten young teachers attended the meeting, which was presided over by Associate Party Secretary Jiang Jie.

In the young teachers development exchange session, the participating teachers had in-depth exchanges on issues closely related to career growth, such as journal classification, scientific research project application, academic exchange funding, and the future development of the School. In the training session of "Young Teachers Competition", Associate Secretary Jiang Jie gave a detailed introduction on the development history and current situation of "Young Teachers Competition". The meeting invited Associate Professor Tong Luqiong and Associate Professor Li Kun, winners of the "Young Teachers Competition", to share their experience and experience in the teaching competition.

Dean Qi Yudong pointed out that it is hoped that young teachers should do a good job in career planning from the perspective of academic life, strive to be good teachers in teaching, scientific research and practice, and strive to be big teachers in the new era, famous teachers in teaching and academic masters, and look forward to young teachers playing a greater role in the development of the School, and wished them the best results in the Competition.

In his concluding speech, Secretary Sun Zhijun pointed out that the School attached great importance to the construction of young teachers, and this young teachers development exchange meeting and Competition training meeting is an important measure to deeply study and implement the spirit of the General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech of "four" good teachers and the spirit of the important reply to the normal students of our School's "Excellent Teacher Plan", and earnestly implement the spirit of the 14th Party Congress of the School. It is hoped that through exchange of views and sharing of experience, young teachers can promote mutual understanding and mutual learning, and at the same time, constantly improve the construction of relevant systems of the School, so as to provide strong support for the teaching and research work of young teachers.
