In order to fully implement the spirit of the General Secretary's reply to the students of Beijing Normal University, further guide and encourage the students of Beijing Normal University to improve their scientific research ability and cultivate the spirit of innovation, select the team representing the university to participate in the energy economic competition and improve the quality of the students' papers, on the afternoon of April 6, 2023, BNUBS held the offline review meeting of the 9th National College Students' Energy Economics Academic Creative Competition of Beijing Normal University in the 1610 conference room of the Rear Main Building. Experts who were present included Mr. Luo Zhenan, Youth League Committee of Beijing Normal University, Mr. Liu Xinyi and Mr. Zhang Mingqi, Secretary of Youth League Committee from the Youth League Committee of the School of Environment, and Mr. Chang Xinyang, Secretary of Youth League Committee from BNUBS. The judging experts of this activity included Xu Linyu, Associate Dean of the School of Environment, Professor Han Jing from the Institute of Economics and Resource Management, Zhang Jiutian, Executive director of the China Collaborative Innovation Center for Green Development, and Wei Hao, Dean of the Department of International Economics and Trade of BNUBS.

This review consisted of project presentation and judges' comments. After the preparation and the help of the instructor, the four groups of contestants took part in the defense. The participating experts made comments on the participating projects, pointed out the highlights and deficiencies, and gave valuable suggestions. After continuous evaluation by the experts, we selected two groups of works to continue to participate in the municipal competition. We looked forward to the students' good results in the future.
