On the afternoon of November 3, 2022, the Party Committee of BNUBS and the Party Branch of the Reform Office of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council jointly held a theme Party Day activity in order to implement Xi’s  Thought of flat socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a new era and deeply study and understand the Party's twenty great spirits. There were 6 members including Yin Yisheng, executive Deputy director of the Reform Office of SASAC of The State Council, more than 30 members of BNUBS, representatives of teachers and students.　

     Yin Yisheng and his delegation first visited the History Hall of Beijing Normal University, where they had a deep understanding of the hard work of Beijing Normal University in the past 120 years. They also saw the presence of hundreds of famous masters who have learned both Chinese and Western, and deeply understood the school motto spirit of "learn to be a teacher and behave like the world" and the education philosophy of "Study and cultivate one's self and contribute to the world".

Afterwards, the two sides held discussions in conference Room 1722 in the rear main building under the theme of "Studying and Implementing the Party's 20 Great Spirits and Deepening the reform of State assets and State-owned Enterprises". The event was hosted by Sun Zhijun, Party secretary of BNUBS.

　　Qi Yudong, Dean of BNUBS, explained the background and main contents of this themed Party Day activity and introduced the historical evolution, development orientation and academic research of the School to Yin Yizheng and his delegation. He hoped to further strengthen cooperation with the Reform Office of SASAC of The State Council in the future, and contribute the wisdom of the economic management personnel of Normal University to the deepening of the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises.

Yin Yisheng delivered a keynote speech. He reviewed the four achievement stages of the reform of state-owned enterprises, combining the development history of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises, the course and direction of the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises, the overall idea of the reform of state-owned enterprises in the three years, the main content and outstanding achievements. He has deeply interpreted the connotation of "deepening the reform of state assets and state-owned enterprises, accelerating the optimization and structural adjustment of the state economy, promoting state capital and state-owned enterprises to become stronger, better and bigger, and improving the core competitiveness of enterprises" proposed in the report of the Party's 20 National Congress.

Yin pointed out that the current look of state-owned assets and they have taken on a new look, laying a solid foundation for China to march towards a new journey and realize the second centenary Goal. He shared with the presence to earnestly study and implement the party's two big spirit, fully implement Xi’s Thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics, learn professional knowledge seriously, focus on the question of assets state-owned enterprises reform and the reality, keep innovation, energetic, encouraging for state-owned assets of state-owned enterprises reform, development and make new greater contributions.

 In the exchange and discussion session, Professor Gao Minghua, Professor Su Song, Associate Professor Zhou Jianghua, postdoctoral students and doctoral students of BNUBS, carried out a heated discussion on the aspects of strengthening state-owned capital and state-owned enterprises, stimulating the vitality and creativity of grassroots managers of state-owned enterprises, strengthening the innovation performance of state-owned enterprises and the construction of innovation-leading system.

   Through this activity, the participating party members have a deeper understanding of the spirit of the Party's Twenty great spirits, General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussion spirit on the reform and development of state assets and state-owned enterprises and Party building, which provides the theoretical direction and spiritual guidance for the future study and research of our college teachers and students.
