In order to let the graduates fully understand and grasp the relevant employment policies and information, and make better job hunting goals and plans, on October 12 at 8 PM, the employment policy promotion and mobilization meeting for the class of 2023 graduates of BNUBS was successfully carried out in the form of online conference. More than 200 graduates attended the information meeting. Mr. Han Lili, Associate Secretary of the Party Committee, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Li and he made a mobilization speech.

    Ms. Han Lili encouraged the students to pay attention to employment information, actively participate in employment activities and rationally understand the job hunting process based on their own job-hunting experience. She also said that the School will continue to provide good service and guidance for the students according to the situation of the full coverage of the early stage, in considering of the different needs of graduates of different education levels for job hunting or further study, and effectively help the students to improve their skills. Finally, Ms. Han told the students to keep the bottom line of employment integrity and do a good job in taking the first step towards society.

After that, Mr. Li introduced relevant employment policies to the students from the following six aspects. First, the employment situation of college graduates in recent years is introduced and analyzed to help students understand the current relatively severe situation and the main direction of graduates in BNUBS. Second, he introduced the policies of talent introduction and major policy projects in some Chinese cities, including the requirements and policies for settling down in first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen and new first-tier cities such as Chengdu, Hangzhou and Xi 'an. Other policy projects related to graduates, such as three branches and one help, special post teachers, volunteer service plan in the West, college students' enlistment in the army, internship programs in international organizations, administrative support for scientific research, and postgraduate protection, were also introduced. Third, he gave a detailed introduction to the common employment problems of graduates, such as preparation for employment, signing of the tripartite agreement, transfer of household registration and transfer procedures. Fourth, he introduced to the students the employment dispatch system to fill in the operation guide and precautions, and remind the graduates to log in the employment dispatch system as soon as possible, improve their graduation information. Fifth, he introduced the service structure and various services provided by the Career Centre of the University and provided detailed guidance for students to find help in their future job search. At the end of the Q&A session, Mr. Li had a full communication with the students about their current problems, and said that he would provide students with guidance and suggestions on employment in the form of online meetings regularly in the future, and accompany them through the busy graduation season of job hunting.
