Recently, A JOURNEY OF GOING GLOBAL GUIDED BYNEO_CONFUCIANISM, a case written by Teacher Qian Jing of our School, was officially published by IVEY Case Library worldwide. Focusing on the cross-cultural management mode of Chongqing BosaiMining (Group) Co., Ltd. after its overseas acquisition and taking the company's acquisition of Guyana Manganese Mining Company in 2016 as the main case study, Teacher Qian aims to conduct case analysis from two perspectives, i.e. acquisition and cross-cultural enterprise management, and guide students to analyze and discuss various contradictions under cross-cultural management, so as to form solutions under similar situations.

IVEY Case Bank is a world-renowned case bank established by IVEY Business School, University of Western Ontario, Canada. IVEY Business School began to use cases to conduct business teaching in 1923. As one of the birthplace of business case teaching in North America,it enjoys the same reputation as Harvard Business School in the field of case teaching and research and has a far-reaching influence in North America and even the world.

Case development and case teaching is an important part of MBA talent training, as well as an important indicator of business administration discipline evaluation by the Ministry of Education and international certification. The MBA Education Center of our School has always attached great importance to case development and case teaching and has been holding relevant lectures, and a number of incentive measures for case research to encourage teachers and students to engage in case development and case teaching. So far, the MBA Education Center has held a number of case teaching lectures and training. This successful selection into Ivey case database has marked a new breakthrough in the case development and construction of our School, which is of great significance for promoting the further development of case writing and case teaching in our school.
