In accordance with the relevant requirements of the BNU’s “Working Plan on doing Practical Things for Teachers And Students”, the School office took the opportunity of Party History learning , combined with the actual work, focused on the general goal of “solving worries for teachers and students”, made great efforts and thoughts in the implementation, sorted out the matters and optimized the process of meeting room reservation service which attracted high attention from teachers and students, and completed the construction of meeting room reservation system.  

The newly launched conference room reservation system integrates 7 conference rooms in the rear main building and JINGSHI HOTEL. After conducting multiple and multi-department preliminary investigations, the reservation process is comprehensively optimized.  

The system can be used by PC or mobile phone, which can be more convenient for teachers and students of the School to view and reserve the conference room, which has improved the efficiency and service quality of the conference room.  

In addition, the office has further optimized the office environment. The 1625 Tea Room and the 1623 Activity Room of the Trade Union have been renovated to provide more space for teachers and students. In the tea room, a publicity and reading exhibition stand was added, and the old and damaged tables and chairs and anti-skid MATS were replaced. The Department of Accounting has arranged the IMA Book Corner, where all the books and school promotional materials are available at any time.    

The activity room is open from 8:00 to 16:00 from Monday to Friday, with tables and chairs, folding beds, etc., for teachers and students to communicate and take a nap.  After 16:00 on weekdays and on weekends, it is open for teachers and students to play table tennis or other recreational activities.  

In the future, the School Office will continue to focus on hot and difficult issues that teachers and students are concerned about, follow the principle of “I do practical things for teachers and students”, and earnestly achieve “Study party history, understand ideas, do practical things, open new bureau”, focusing on the needs of teachers and students, and solve practical problems.
