On October 31th, 2021, the advanced interviews of Master of Business Administration (Admission in 2022) of BNUBS, hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Normal University MBA (Beijing)", has been successfully completed in ten batches. Under the guidance of the Educational Affairs Department of the University, the School attached great importance to the students and took full consideration of the actual situation of part-time MBA candidates in work, study and life, and conducted interviews in advance on weekends or holidays. All teachers overcame difficulties and sacrificed weekends and holidays to participate in the interview. Four fifths of the full-time teachers of the School participated in the interview and acted as the interview examiner, and four fifths of the administrative teachers of the School participated in the organization and service of the interview. The MBA Education Center of the School announced the arrangement of interview in real time through the official website, official we-media (such as Wechat official account), online application system. We have also forwarded the relevant information of school enrollment in time, regularly carried out special interviews and application consultation meeting in advance, arranged full-time enrollment teachers on duty all year round to answer the special telephone line of enrollment consultation, provided continuous and efficient consultation and answered questions for applicants.

In the recruitment of MBA of Beijing Normal University (Beijing) in 2022, only early batch recruitment was reserved, instead of normal batch recruitment, and all applicants were required to attend the interview in advance. The applicant must obtain the interview result as "conditional admission qualification" and fill in "10027 Beijing Normal University-002 School of Economics and Business Administration-125100 Business Administration" in the application form of the National Postgraduate Admission examination so as to gain the permission to take the examination. The advanced interview of MBA of Beijing Normal University (Beijing) was mainly in the form of on-site interview. According to the situation of the epidemic and the prevention and control requirements, we adopted the online remote interview. The advanced interview for the 2022 MBA admission to Beijing Normal University (Beijing) wiould be held in 2021 in two forms: on-site interview and online remote interview. The application process mainly included: Register online、fill out and submit application materials → Assess the interview qualification → submit materials for review → attend an interview → publish the results of the early interview. In 2007, Beijing Normal University was granted the right to confer professional degrees for MBA graduates. It was specially organized by the BNU Business School. Based on the hundred years of humanities of the School, it fully integrated the advantages of school management, economics, psychology, education and other disciplines, and combined the needs of the market and enterprises to run the school. In 2008, it began to enroll the first batch of Master's degree students of Business Administration, and by September 2021, it has enrolled nearly 4,000 students.
