In order to improve students' academic research ability and answer students' doubts in study and life, the School held a postgraduate seminar in Conference Room 1722 of the Rear Main Building on October 28^th, 2021. Zhang Pingping, Associate Dean, Dai Mi, Head Teacher of 2021 Doctoral Students, Li Yingshu, Director of Educational Affairs, and Chang Xinyang, Secretary of The Youth League Committee attended the meeting.

First of all, Lian Huijun, 2017 PHD, who was now working in the School of Economics, Capital University of Economics and Business, shared her research experience and perception during the PHD period. Lian huijun hoped that students could make a good academic plan during their PHD study, clarify their future career direction, balance the relationship between courses and scientific research, communicate more with their tutors and classmates, and share their experience on topic selection and paper submission.

Later, Professor Zhang Pingan responded to the questions on the academic system, academic resources and scientific research projects put forward by graduate students before the conference.

In the end, Professor Zhang hoped that students could enhance the communication with their tutors and classmates, strengthen the use of the resources of the university, and increase the enthusiasm and initiative of participating in scientific research activities.
