On April 12^th, 2021, according to the arrangement of the "Education and Teaching Discussion" of the University and College, we organized and held a meeting on the cultivation of doctoral students.

Pei Yuansheng, Associate Dean of the School of Environment, Xu Linyu, and Teacher Su Liya were invited to share their experiences. Based on the actual cultivation of doctoral students in the School of the Environment, the three teachers made a comprehensive introduction in five fields, including the general situation of graduate training, the quality standard of degree awarding, the quality improvement of training link, the role of academic organization, and the improvement of the redistribution and withdrawal mechanism, and also answered the relevant questions of the participating teachers in detail.

Zhang Pingdan, Associate dean of BNUBS introduced the recruitment, graduation and employment of doctoral students in our school in the past five years. He also arranged all the details of the re-examination of 2021 doctoral students and trained the re-examination teachers. In addition, on April 16^th, 2021, he trained the re-examination teachers again.
