In recent years, emerging technologies such as Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things have been injecting new vitality into the real economy, and the integration of information technology and the real economy has greatly promoted the development of the digital economy. General Secretary Xi Jinping has made important instructions on many occasions, stressing the need to further integrate the Internet, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and the Real Economy. Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 14th Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-range Objective for the year 2035 clearly pointed out that during the 14th five-year plan period, it is necessary to "strengthen the construction of digital society and digital government, and improve the level of digital intelligence such as public service and social governance". Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research on information technology and digital economy in line with the major national needs. This conference is held at the right time. The insights and thoughts collision of experts and scholars at home and abroad provide new ideas and new approaches for the cross-integration and development of information technology and digital economy, and provide new references for the construction of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, Financial Technology and other disciplines in our university.
