From November 21th to 22th, 2020, on the 16th China Science and Technology Policy and Management Annual Conference, the paper “Digital Merger and Acquisition and Enterprise Strategy Reform -- Triple Interaction Study of Redundant Resources, Dual Jobs and Concurrent Jobs” co-authored by Associate Professor Zhou Jianghua in our college, won the “Excellent Paper Award”. The Annual Conference is hosted by the China Society for Science and Technology Policy, a first-level branch of China Association for Science and Technology. Sixteen sessions have been successfully held so far. Outstanding papers from the conference will be published in one of the three core journals sponsored by the Association.
