On the morning of November 20th, Xu Hongwen, Associate Director of the Epidemic Control Office and two other teachers investigated our epidemic control sysytem. Sun Zhijun, Secretary of Party Committee; Ge Yuiang, Asscociate Secretary of Party Committee; Zhang Pingdan, Associate President; Cui Xuegang, members of the Party and government leading group; representatives of full-time teacher; and administrative staff in related departments attended the seminar.

Firstly, Associate Director Xu Hongwen introduced the setting and responsibility of the School Control Office and pointed out that the promotion of internal control management should be done in a solid and comprehensive way, the opinions and suggestions of the departments should be collected, the problems and difficulties existing in the secondary departments should be solved in a timely manner, or an upward reporting mechanism should be formed.

Sun Zhijun, Secretary of Party Committee, extended a warm welcome to the arrival of those teachers and made suggestions on the core issues of the professionalization, standardization, professionalization, role and positioning standards of the internal control system management at the college level. Asscociate President Cui Xuegang made a detailed introduction on the strategy, governance and internal control structure and operation mechanism of the School, he also noted the construction of the internal control system of the School, the problems existing in the construction of the internal control system of the School. Subsequently, leaders in charge and teachers attending the meeting put forward many opinions and suggestions on the effective integration of School culture and internal control construction, supervision and management of the implementation of internal control system, support for the reform of "regulation and service" at university level, and the introduction of information means to simplify administrative affairs.

The Control Office of the university gave a high evaluation on the construction of the internal control system of the School, and said that it would work with the School to solve the problems and difficulties existing in the construction of the internal control system, and further promote the construction of the university and school's governance system and governance capacity.
