In this autumn, the MBA freshmen of 2020 of BNUBS carried out outdoor training in Furen Campus and Prince Gong Mansion in stages. Sun Chuan, director of MBA Education Center, Zhou Jianghua and Wang Lulu, deputy directors of MBA Education Center and Su Xiaoyuan, Tian Lu, Chen Xiaojuan and Yu Chen, teachers of BNUBS, and Li You, professor of department of economics of BNUBS, all participated in this training with nearly 300 MBA students. In accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the outdoor training was conducted in two batches on October 8^th and October 10^th.

The first stage was in the centuried Furen Campus. Sun Chuan first welcomed the MBA freshmen of 2020 to join the family of MBA. He hoped that all the students could know more about the history of BNU and BNUBS through this activity, quickly integrate into the campus life, enhance the friendship between teachers and students, and open a new chapter in their life. Professor Li You shared with us the history of BNU and BNUBS with the theme of Imperial University of Peking, BNU and I. Imperial University of Peking was built by Liang Qichao and other sages. The predecessor of BNU was one of the two halls of Imperial University of Peking, which then merged the Women's Normal School and Furen University under the foundation of National Beijing Normal School. It was forced to move to the west during the war, endured many hardships and finally became a first-class university in China. Up to now, BNUBS has risen to prominence, ranking among the top universities in China in terms of teaching and research.

In the second stage, 100 students with new white department clothes were randomly divided into several groups. Each group with 10 to 15 people carried out group activities in the scenic spots of Prince Gong Mansion such as View Inverted Scenery, Big Stage and Hall of Raindrops. It is worth mentioning that the quality developing activities included the knowledge quiz about the history of BNU. The students answered the questions according to the knowledge about the history of BNU acquired in the first stage. In addition, the games could only be completed successfully through the cooperation of the students, and then the WeChat small program was used to punch in the feedback.

Each member of the group constantly shuttle in the crowd and the fifth group finally found the location of the task——View Inverted Scenery. They were given the task that a bottle with third of water should be thrown at least a meter high, spinning through the air at least circle and landing on the ground. The group leader decided to divide the team into two teams, leaving himself and two classmates behind to let the others finish the remaining tasks first. Once, twice, three times... The bottle was thrown over and over again but it all failed. He suddenly realized that there was too much water in the bottle. After he poured out a little water, the bottle drew a dotted line in the air and landed safely! A cheer went up.

At this time, another group was performing an excerpt of Huangmei Opera Fairy Match in Big Stage. Some members sang “There are birds in couples on the trees” with the other two team members dancing to the song. Although none of them are professionals, they think it's a good memory. The dancers posted the video on WeChat's Moments, joking that they are “professional Huangmei Opera dancers”.
