The case of "Bosai Group: Overseas Trip of a Neo-Confucian Enterprise” by the team of Qian Jing of BNUBS has won the second prize of the Second "Outstanding Developer" Case Competition of 2019, which was held by Tsinghua university. This case takes the acquisition of manganese mine in Guyana by Bosai Group as the main clue, guides the students to take the macro situation of mining industry as the entry point, analyzes the purpose and significance of mining enterprises’ overseas business, thus helps students to understand the acquisition strategy and management strategy implemented by Bosai Group.

The award of this Case Competition is a phased achievement of BNUBS in promoting the case database construction.
