On December 17th, Professor Anil Deolalikar, Dean of the School of Public Policy, University of California, Riverside visited BNUBS with three members. Dean Qi Yudong met with the guests. The associate dean Cai Hongbo, Xie Jia and Shang Yihong from the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation accompanied the meeting.

Dean Qi welcomed Dean Deolalikar and his delegation, introduced BNU and BNUBS briefly, and emphasize the international strategy of BNUBS and the existing global reach. Dean Deolalikar introduced the UC system and the UC Riverside, and detailed the short-term training programs in economic policy and fiscal policy, as well as the master programs of School of Public Policy. The two sides exchanged views on topics like short term/long term programs, faculty and students visits.
