China Private Education FORUM Was Successfully Held in Our School

On the Forum, the Blue Paper of China Private Education 2019 was issued by Beijing Normal University

 

China's Private Education Forum was successfully held in Beijing Normal University on August 24, 2019, in time for the 70th birthday of the P.RC. Over the past 70 years, China's education industry has made remarkable achievements and entered a new era. Especially with the private education promotion law revision, our private education has had a significantly optimized development policy environment, industry development governance, scale gradually growth, growing industry strength; product application continues to advance; industry development gradually standardized; but at the same time it also face the new the opportunities and challenges brought by new policy reform and application of new technology and market environment. To this end, Beijing Normal University School of Business, Capital Institute of Education Economics, Zhongguancun Internet Education Innovation Center jointly held the China Private Education Forum. At the meeting, the Blue Paper was released simultaneously. The paper was edited by professor Yang Juan of Beijing Normal University and analyzed the overall development trend and characteristics of private education. In addition, the paper also discusses the development prospects, opportunities and challenges in various fields and industries, including intelligence, international, integration, quality, capital and knowledge payment.

 

The FORUM is divided into two periods: the morning and afternoon sessions. In the morning, the major session was hosted by Cui Xuegang, vice President of the School of Business of Beijing Normal University, and Qi Yudong, Dean of the school, and Xie Shouguang, President of Social Sciences Academic Press, delivered speeches on behalf of the organizer and the press respectively. Then professor Yang Juan from the school released the blue paper of private education by introducing the main contents of the report on the development of private education in China in 2019. After that, leaders and experts from different Chinese departments and divisions delivered their special reports on the reform and development of China’s private education.

 

In the afternoon, three Forum sessions was held, which were respectively the new vocational education of "lack of skilled workers" and "difficulty in employment", private education, how to build a Chinese heart, adopting an international style and practice education Forum. This Forum gathered more than 300 experts and scholars from the field of education, founders of educational institutions, investors and MBA teachers and students of Beijing Normal University. They jointly explored the reform and development of private education in the new era, and assume the social responsibility of running education satisfactory to the people and serving the future.

First of all, Dean Qi extended a warm welcome to all the distinguished guests and congratulated professor Yang Juan on the publication of the report on the development of private education industry in China 2019. Coincides with the 70th birthday of the motherland, the 40th anniversary of the anniversary of the Forum significance. Then, he explained the development, contribution and prospect of private education in the past decades, as well as the new problems and challenges it faces. Beijing Normal University, as a century-old institution characterized by teacher education, educational science and the basic subjects of arts and sciences, should shoulder its mission and responsibility. At the same time, he hope that the participating experts express their opinions and make suggestions for the development of China's private education industry.

Then Xie Shouguang, President of Social Science Literature Publishing House, expressed heartfelt congratulations to the chief editor team of "the first blue paper of private education". Xie pointed out that the leather paper series was originally a think tank brand created by the Social Sciences Academic Press, and has now become the most objective and recognized platform for the world to understand China. It is believed that this blue paper, as the annual think tank report of private education sector, should have important value and significance in promoting the research on private education industry, private education enterprise and private education as well as the research on the whole education discipline, and deserve the attention of the industry, media and relevant public government departments.

 

Then professor Yang Juan made a speech from the creation background of the blue paper and the main contents of the 2019 blue paper on private education. First, she explained three reasons for creating the blue paper. First, she publicized the educational economics and management of Beijing Normal University. Second, the teaching needs of MBA education operation and management. Third, the blue paper is expected to serve the society, lead private education enterprises, and provide the most authoritative data and relevant policy reference for the development of private education. Then professor Yang introduced the development status of private education in China in 2018 from the perspectives of policy, school-running scale, education technology, education capital, integrated innovation, international education and knowledge payment. At last, professor Yang announced the official release of the report on the development of private education industry in China in 2019.

In his speech "analysis and guidance of private education", Wang Zuoshu pointed out that private education has been quite large-scale and has made excellent achievements, making contributions to the society in different aspects. Private education and public education complement each other and serve the essence of education together. Nowadays, guidance and standardization are needed to help private education develop better. President Wang analyzed private education from the perspective of national economy and people's livelihood, which gave great thought and enlightenment to the participants.

Zhong Binglin in his statement elaborated on the overall thinking route of the reform and development of private higher education from three aspects: his system demonstrates the overall thought on the development of private higher education reform, the entire content with authority. It is informative and with a high stand point, demonstrated an overall development of Chinese higher education and private education development of the vast space.

In his speech "innovation of educational service format for 2035", Mr. Zhang Li analyzed the development space and direction of private education in the future from the evolution of the country's party and government policies to the change and innovation of educational format. A large number of data analysis and visual chart introduction let the participants have a more in-depth understanding of the current macro situation of education development.

Mr. Wang Shanmai in his "private education classification management" speech, made an introduction to everyone about the private education classification management, on the background of the government issued documents and their core points of view. Mr. Wang pointed out that the classified management of investment and donation policies can provide a good policy and system guarantee for private investment in running a school and effectively guarantee the profit space of investment in running a school, without violating the country's educational policy and can ensure the quality of education.

Participants enjoyed a feast of education thoughts at the speech sessions, the blue paper, and the theme education sessions. The Forum is rich in content, authoritative in policy, detailed in data and informative in information.
