On the evening of October 18th, 2017, Global Leadership Forum at BNU organized by BNUBS was held in library building. Keynote speakers of this forum are Mr. David Sander and Mr. Hector Dalton. Ms. Li Jingya from BNUBS Office of International Exchange and Cooperation presided over forum. A great number of undergraduate students participated. At the scene, all seats were occupied.

Mr. Dalton first introduced ten guests from Global Leadership Forum in America. He then shared his many years of work experience in 3M Company, and analyzed the operational condition of the company from the perspective of management innovation. At last, he brought up some questions concerning innovation for students to discuss in groups. Each group consists of 8-10 people and is assigned an entrepreneur as the group leader to organize discussions on the related issues. During the discussions, students actively spoke up their point of views, and the general atmosphere was relaxing and active.

The second speaker is Mr. Sander from Florida, USA. It was his second time for Mr. Sander to visit BNUBS. With many years of experience in the consulting industry and a management consulting firm of his own, Mr. Sander shared a speech on the theme of “3 Defining Decisions that Determine Success in Business”.

In the end, the lecture ended in a long-lasting round of applause.

At 3 p.m. in October 19th, a small and warm salon is held by four guests from Global Leadership Forum for MBA students of Beijing Normal University. Each student spoke freely and reaped fruitful results.
