On 7th-9th of June, the annual meeting of European Management Development Foundation (EFMD) 2017 was held in Berlin, Germany. More than 400 delegates from all over the world attended the meeting. During the meeting, EFMD awarded the certificates of EQUIS international accreditation to 10 business schools, all of which have obtained this accreditation during June 2016 to May 2017 and for their first times. Beijing Normal University Business School is only business school from mainland China that has been awarded EQUIS accreditation on this meeting.

Under the support and help of the school leaders and various departments, by staying closely with college students, faculties, alumnus, partners and members from the community, with their long-term supports and continuous efforts, BNUBS had finally passed the EQUIS international accreditation in December 2016. BNUBS became the seventeenth business school in China mainland that have passed the EQUIS accreditation, ranking in the world’s top 1% best business school club. The award of EQUIS international accreditation has laid a good foundation for the school’s further development.
