On the afternoon of June 11, 2023, a group of 11 people, including Zhang Tao, Executive Dean of the School of Economics of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; Zhong Deshou, Party Secretary; Li Shiqiang, Associate Dean and Wang Weiwei, Assistant of Dean, visited our School to carry out research and exchange. Qi Yudong, Dean of BNUBS; Sun Zhijun, Secretary of the Party Committee, Xu Minbo, Director of the Department of Economics; Chang Xinyang, Secretary of the Youth League Committee and Wang Wei, Director of the School Office, participated in the symposium.

First of all, Qi Yudong warmly welcomed the visit of the School of Economics of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and introduced the development history, disciplines, teachers, professional settings, management concepts, academic atmosphere and other aspects of our School.

Sun Zhijun introduced the overall situation of the grassroots party building work of the School, and he said that we should continue to work hard to improve the quality of party building and promote the overall high-quality development of grass-roots party building.

Zhong Deshou expressed his gratitude for the warm reception of the School, and introduced the specific situation of the School of Economics of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, expressing the hope that through research and exchange, they can learn from BNUBS’s experience and actively promote the in-depth cooperation between the two sides.

Subsequently, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions from the aspects of student training system, the integration construction and improvement of scientific research institutes and universities, the introduction and construction of teaching staff, student employment, and the standardization of curriculum system.

Finally, Zhang Tao said that they have gained a lot through the investigation and exchange, and once again expressed his thanks to our School, and fully affirmed the perfect system and rich management practice experience of our School.

This research and exchange has played a positive role in promoting the construction of disciplines and specialties, the training of teachers, the improvement of the ability of party building ideological and political work, the improvement of the standardization of teaching and training and the quality of personnel training. It is conducive to deepening cooperation and exchanges between the two sides and jointly promoting the high-quality development of the School.
