On May 28^th, 2013， Prof. Ajai. K Singh, dean of the Lehigh University business school department of finance, visited our school. Deputy dean,Yang Chengyu and Qu Ruxiao met the visitor, and both sides discussed the cooperation framework in the aspects of students’ exchanges and teachers’ exchange visits between the two schools. After the meeting, Prof. Singh gave our students a lecture named ” Market Reaction, Revised Proceeds, and the Classification of Seasoned Equity Offerings“. And after the lecture, he communicated with Wu Yanran, Jiang Jie, two teachers from our school department of finance, they exchanged their views in terms of the academic problem that they are interested in.
